Soft Opening 1/16/2025 There is nothing quite like this in Orlando much less in Florida. Their wagyu here comes from the legendary 100% Japanese Tajima breed, renowned for producing some of the world’s finest beef. Gyukatsu Rose’s proprietary cut is crafted exclusively for them! As someone that has longed dream of visiting Japan and having bookmarked places to try this dish, I’m so excited I can now compare with what you can find here to what they have in Japan.
