As I take this last quarter of the year to focus on what I desire for myself and CBE in 2023, I affirm peace, balance and growth. Anything that doesn’t align with that doesn’t align with me. I love that I get to wake up and do what I am passionate about everyday but the goal is never to over exert myself or allow my boundaries to be disregarded. Saying no is imperative to my mental health and your poor planning is not my emergency.
