Don’t get it twisted. A lot happened between these times. And a hell of a lot came before the Ibiza cliff top training (bless my women’s coaching group for going along with that 😂). Experience that I’m so grateful for, which has helped me navigate this mad, evolving fit tech world. It’s still early stages but we want to make structured, entertaining strength training accessible to the world. The app launch was just the start and there is so much more to come.
