One way to know you're a Culinista? You *love* to put together a good snack spread.
Lately we've had our eyes on this Sweet Potato Hummus & Crudites. Our recipe starts on the stove with sweet potatoes and a can of garbanzo beans. We add za'atar, cayenne and cilantro for an extra zip and then blend it all up with creamy tahini, lemon juice and olive oil.
Our secret tip? When adding that can of garbanzo beans, don't throw out that extra liquid! It's actually key to getting a smooth, almost fluffy, consistency.
