It has a buttery 🧈 texture, color payoff similar to that of a watercolor, and is buildable. The brush that comes with it is actually functional which is a surprise, though it does take a while since it’s cute-sized. 😋 It may seem a tad bit powdery in the pan but I experienced no fallout when applied. 💕 🛒 Cop me on: StyleKorean!
