Do you ever have a moment that feels like you're stepping into the newest chapter of your journey? The moment when all of the hard work, sleepless nights, and dreaming is finally really starting to pay off. We'll opening for Chappell Roan's Midwestern Princess Tour was one of those moments. The only assignment given was that the song needed to be some high energy pop and that they loved my fan dancing. In a week I pulled together a new act, dyed some feather fans, and upgraded a new mesh corset to bring to life one of my best performances to date. Performing for over 6000 people is something that I had always fantasized about but to actually do it was better than I could have ever imagined. The joyful energy from the audience was electrifying and their screams gave me a high better than anything I've ever experienced before. Then on top of all that magic on its own, I got to meet Chappell herself and the team that keeps the show going. Everyone who worked with us was so kind and allowed this day to go by smoothly. Getting to see Chappell perform live was the perfect way to close the entire day. The music, the vocals, aher ability to connect with the audience no matter its size was beyond inspiring to witness. A moment that will always stick with me was watching her team on the side of the stage all tap the beat to California during the acapella section that starts the song. Feeling how everyone was in tune with the music was so special. A million and one thank yous to @chappellroan and Kyle Goold for welcoming me and letting me share my art in a way I only thought could happen in my dreams. You helped make my dream not only a reality but hopefully the first of many performances like this in the future. Thank you to the audience who made me feel like an absolute Superstar. All of your kind words and learning that I was apart of some people's first time seeing a drag show is one of the most meaningful experiences I've ever had.
