• 10 min bike (Zone 1) 
• ~20 min light strength + stretch
  – TRX: mobility, core, hamstring curls, bridges
  – Goblet squats 3×12 (light)
  – Lat pulldowns 3×15 (light)
  – Chin-ups 3×6 
• 20 min stair climber
