Top 3 tips from a locum, 1 month in.⁣ 🧐 ⁣ I am not suggesting I know it all or even have scraped the surface but 4 first days in 5 weeks is a pretty steep learning curve for working out what I need to prioritise for.⁣ 🥺🥴 ⁣ I feel like a pretty laid back person... happy to trundle on and get things done.
