This Kick’n Cajun Turkey Breast was was a hit on Thanksgiving thanks to my newest @grillmastersclubvip subscription box! I injected a big ol’ long turkey breast with the @bbqwithfatboy Creole Butter and seasoned the outside with their Cajun Rub. Threw it on the @traegergrills with my @meatermade Block probe and ran it at 275 for about 2 hours and 20 minutes. Pulled it when it hit 162° and rested for a couple minutes. I couldn’t believe my eyes when I sliced into this thing. Beautifully juicy inside and a killer crust on the outside. My kids who just tolerate turkey wouldn’t stop stealing slices as I was trying to film this.
