My name is Oscar and I’m a super handsome 12 pound yorkie. 🤠 I’m about 2 years old and was rescued by Wags after coming from what they think was a hoarding situation. I wasn’t taken the best care of before being rescued, so when I arrived at Wags I was a super shy. I’ve started to open up as I learn what it’s like to be loved.
