CHIMICHURRI SCOTCH BEEF SKEWERS WITH WILD RICE & MANGO SALSA SALAD 🥗🔥 Hi everyone! Here is the gorgeous recipe I made at the @royalhighlandshow with @makeitscotch at the weekend. It was such a fantastic show, thankyou so much to anyone who came down to see me, it was great to meet so many of you! 🥰 This recipe is super simple, full of unbelievable flavours and perfect for this summer and all your BBQ needs. I feel this salad base is very versatile and would work fantastic with other meats too such as Scotch Lamb! The chimichurri sauce is SO good and the recipe was given to me by a waiter I met in Tulum earlier this year in an Argentinian bakery! So good and will be great with all kinds of grilled red meats.
