Hi, my name is Chaz Lately, I’ve been peeling away the layers and being more vulnerable in front of the cameFor years I’ve prided myself with the array of accessories that creates my image. It wasn’t until I was offered a modeling contract with my New York agency that I realized that I was myself with or without my hats and glasses (all my glasses are prescription by the way) to be a model for my new modeling agency. Not many people get to see this side of me aside from my family. When taking these photos, I felt so naked and vulnerable. The reasons (in part) are because I’m use to being BEHIND the lens as a photographer... Not to mention taking direction as a model which I haven’t done in nearly 20 years 🤯 I AM excited about where this will take me, but it’s also hard to believe that I am about to enter the next decade of my life. 👴🏾 I thought there was a time limit on this, but I guess, as the world turns things change.
