I’m quite sure everyone knows what show this picture was taken. This was one of my heaviest weights and the first time I stepped onstage at over 280 pounds of body weight. Yes I do prefer the smaller size but progression makes it hard when you continue to train hard and lift heavy. I was always thinking I need to train harder and lift heavier if I was going to keep the title. I was right about one thing because I kept that title for eight years straight. Looking back I had no idea this was possible. Just goes to show what hard work and dedication can do for you if your truly focused and stay focused. The hardest thing to do was to stay focused because sometimes you just want to take it easy, relax and just chill.
