On #WorldMentalHealthDay, I was honored to join as a Mental Health Coalition Champion @mentalhealthcoalition at the Kate Spade New York Global Summit on Women’s Mental Health @katespadeny @thetimescenter . One of my favorite moments came from @dralfiee’s interview with @kennethcolereal, who reminded us: ✨ “Everyone should meditate for 20 minutes a day. And if you don’t have 20 minutes, you should meditate for an hour.” ✨ “We may be polarized, but we aren’t paralyzed.” I love this message of hope. To me, it reflects practical optimism—not denying reality, but choosing to lean in, especially when times feel difficult. We are living through a critical moment in history. As a nation, many of us feel sadness, anger, and even hopelessness. But that does not mean we are powerless. Mental health affects us all, and now more than ever, we need to come together in compassion and solidarity.
