HOW TO MAKE HABITS STICK!
Many of us struggle to keep new year’s resolutions because we make them too complex and difficult to achieve.
I believe - and the research into behaviour change backs this up - that to make new habits achievable in the long term, you need to make them as simple to start as possible.
Just like the Simple Sweat exercise in my THIRD book, ‘Feel Better in 5’ - something that doesn’t require equipment or a change of clothes, but has benefits for your physical and mental health.
The easier the habit, the more likely it is you’ll do it.
And, all of a sudden, your identity changes and you’re the person who exercises or the person who eats healthier meals. It becomes part of who you are - and that’s when you’ll see consistency and success.
