Coined as "the Oscars for Cultural Destinations" by The New York Times, each year the Leading Culture Destinations (LCD) and @visit_berlin hold an annual awards ceremony to shine a light on new and upcoming destinations that have been pioneering the way we experience culture and travel today.​​​​​​​​ ​​​​​​​​ We’re delighted to announce that @fotografiska.newyork is the recipient of the 2021/2022 Leading Cultural Destination Award in the New Cultural Destination category for North America, accepted by our Executive Chairman Yoram Roth on behalf of the museum. ​​​​​​​​ We're incredibly honored at this opportunity to celebrate and contribute to the arts, and look forward to continuing our mission to “inspire a more conscious world through the power of photography” in more destinations around the world.
