Another Mimosa? Yes, please! It's the time of year when the Mimosas, in all their fragrant glory, arrive from Provence, signalling that Spring is finally around the corner. Mimosas are everywhere: peeking over fences; en masse in florist buckets; creating a dazzling scene along the Cote d’Azur. The flowers are iconic — silky little puffs of yellow that seem to float like happy orbs over their bipinnately compound leaves. The weather is getting warmer in Paris after a string of cold, gray months. The Seine has started to recede after being flooded for weeks.
