Tip of the day: train abs first!
You will achieve best results when you do core exercises at the beginning of your workout or devote separate sessions to train your abs, so that you hit them with full energy. One of the reasons you are not seeing much progress can be because you are doing your abs at the end of your workout routine when you’re already experiencing muscle fatigue and this will decrease your performance. Pretty logical right! ðŸ§
