This one’s for everyone out there who loves a slice of cheesecake but can’t be bothered to make it (we feel you). Meet the Burnt Basque Cheesecake. We love this dessert because not only is there no water bath, but you’re required to burn it...no really. And, you don’t even need a springform pan. According to our culinary director @dyanneiandoli, "the trick is in allowing the cream cheese mixture to bake at a high temperature and rise in a parchment paper lined dish. So you could literally use a normal cake pan, cast iron skillet, or a deep pie dish."
