We love this dessert because not only is there no water bath, but you’re required to burn it...no really. And, you don’t even need a springform pan. According to our culinary director @dyanneiandoli, "the trick is in allowing the cream cheese mixture to bake at a high temperature and rise in a parchment paper lined dish. So you could literally use a normal cake pan, cast iron skillet, or a deep pie dish."
