Back in 2021 @questnutrition had a contest to find people #OnAQuest to make a change in their community with health and wellness. Out of all their submissions, they chose me and a few other to hear our story and share our missions. This is my (our) story 🤩 This entire experience was so surreal, and building @h6fitness (Formally known as HIIT FIT) over the last 9+ years and seeing how much we’ve grown, changed and evolved but our mission always staying the same.
