Injecting some obscurity into tradition, artist Corbin Shaw is up next in our 25 for 50 showcase. The multi-disciplinary, known for examining notions attached to masculinity through playing around with folklore and identity, explained that to him masculinity is defined as “fluid, not restrictive. It’s open and it’s vulnerable”. Just like his art, Shaw’s emphasis on progression and inclusivity is one that counts him as a change maker of his generation.
