Hey it’s your girl Xia, a.k.a Braided💁🏾‍♀️ over here wondering why’d no one ever tell me owning a salon was this hard🥴 from managing staff to dealing with leaking sinks...there’s always something to be done and honestly I’ve felt like I’ve lost scope of what I love as there’s always some managerial, administrative part to get done when in all truth all I want to do is play i people’s hair all day and record it 🤷🏽‍♀️ I’ve always felt like I need to do it all and control all aspects of my business but all that got me was being burnt out and neglecting this, my baby, my art (Braided) slowly trying to let go of micromanaging and hiring help because God knows I need it.
