As I’ve embarked on my fitness journey and lifestyle, I truly see the benefit of washing my face immediately after working out. The sweat is not penetrating my skin as much as it used to in the past and I’ve maintain my clear skin over the past few weeks!
Along with applying sunscreen right after to rid my skin of current dark marks and blemishes, I don’t have any complaints! 🥰
