We all need to relax!!!!!! Running is an incredible sport and outlet for so many and it brings me so much joy. Lets keep jt that way and not overdo it. Comparsion is the thief of joy and its easy to get caught up in wanting to race. I am not shaming ANYONEEEEE for running a marathon - its such an incredible thing and I love going out to cheer, I hope to complete one someday when my body is ready for it.
