I’m extremely honored and humbled to be a recipient of The Gordon Parks Foundation fellowship @gordonparksfoundation. When I moved to New York in 2010 and found serious photography, a friend gifted me the autobiography book by Gordon Parks, Voices in he Mirror. I’ve been a student of his work ever since. Working tirelessly to cultivate my own voice as an artist and photographer and this opportunity will provide the resources to build on what I’ve been doing over the years. Thank you to the entire Gordon Parks Foundation team and board. Congrats to @bisabutler & @nifleetwood! I’m great company, time to get back to work.
