I drank my first Kombucha today and I felt like I had to confess to you 🤣 (wasn't all that thrilled by it tbh... are you kombuch-ya? or kombuch-na?! 😅) But in all seriousness, ditching diet culture isn't about never eating a 'health food' again!!! The point of leaving diet culture is to stop letting other people's rules dictating what you do with your body! So if there are certain foods you enjoy and make you feel good - have them! (yes even a zucchini noodle or a cauliflower brownie if you LIKE them!) The point is to see food NEUTRALLY! To be able to assess its nutritional, social, cultural and emotional value and make decision based on what you need in the moment! 🥒 Are there any 'health foods' you've kept post diet culture simply because you enjoy them?!! ❤️
