some food as of late & a message from me to you ~ as someone who has spent years in the past stressing over every little thing I was eating — I look back now & realize how much time I wasted. I stressed so much about food because I was constantly worried about my appearance. it’s easy to get sucked into the world of comparison, especially on social media, but I just want to remind you that your body is the least interesting thing about you, and if you’re stressing about food in relation to that — know that it’s not worth your time & energy. be intuitive with food, listen to your body & mind, & relax a bit. what someone else eats every day is not what you should eat. we’re all different. you will find your groove.
