@trupalpandya came to me after his trip to Guatemala, inspired by the erupting volcano and wanting to create something that captures the essence of his work. As a portrait photographer he was moved by how much is beneath the surface that isn't seen. We shared that passion and danced around in the metaphor. Helping people articulate the Truth in their hearts that they don't yet have the words for is something that I am very glad to do on this earth. Trupal radiates passion for his craft and that helped this poem write itself. This kind of creative freedom on a commercial project is really rare.
