🔥Side lunges 10each side
🔥Leg kicks 10 each side
🔥Hip Raise x 20
🔥Donkey Kicks 10 each side
🔥Squat and Lift 10 each side
Repeat 3 times !!!
Then finish with your fav hamstring, quad and booty stretches 😘
