So I had a pair of trousers made in a pure wool seersucker with a tattersall check...and never wore them. So inspired by @incaseofbrit I had them converted into shorts by a local tailor and I am pleased with the results...I now must resist the urge to shorten all my cotton, linen, seersucker trousers. So this is two things I am passionate about. 1. Wearing wool in summer. These shorts are 100% merino. Such a great fibre for so many reasons. 2. Supporting your local tailor. Tailoring isn’t just about drafting patterns and Milanese buttonholes. These professionals are a vital and undervalued cog in the fashion universe.
