If you’re a coconut/almond butter fan, you haveeeee to try these!! That is alllll 🤤 & I promise.. toast the coconut first. It makes ALLLLL the difference. (Don’t be lazy! Do it do it!) 😉🤤 1/4 cup + 1 tbsp almond butter 3/4 cup almond flour 1/4 cup protein 1/4 tsp almond extract (optional) + pinch of sea salt 3 tbsp maple syrup 1 tbsp melted coconut oil 1/3-1/2 cup toasted coconut flakes 1 cup white chocolate or regular if you don’t like white! Toast the coconut. Then add everything besides the chocolate to a bowl, mixing until a dough forms. Taste & adjust. I like adding 1/2 cup coconut but you can just add 1/3 if you don’t like a ton. Roll into balls & place on a lined baking sheet. Freeze for 20 or so mins to firm up.
