This Saturday, Parallel welcomes the Amsterdam debut of DUSST, the newest club night for a novel sound and cultural phenomenon: Amapiano. It's female power coming from the decks from open to close during this night, featuring, among others, Rotterdam's Unruly Phoenix (Gabrielle Gilliot). The DJ/producer has had a fully scheduled festival summer, showcasing her sound which ranges from jazz-infused shapes amapiano to heavy hitters at Lowlands, Down The Rabbit Hole and WOO HAH! and more.⁣ ⁣ In the meantime, Gabrielle also started producing her own singles, collaborating with other artists like Gento Bareto. This summer, she has spread the Amapiano culture in Berlin, Ibiza, Luxemburg and Switzerland. At DUSST, she’ll be accompanied by fellow talents Nicky Summers, Rosey Gold and Antunes.
