Energy can never be destroyed. The point of harmony is to have your own Masculine & Feminine energy in complete collaboration because one can not be without the other in ANY aspect of this existence. If one is off internally in either sex, both will be off balance and it will reflect outward. The instabilities we see in both men and women are just signs of us being unbalanced trying to function in a survival, fight or flight mode. We just need the proper space and knowledge on how to use our own energy to empower us. We are not even aware that labeling and saying things like “feminine men & masculine women” are harmful because it’s not following up with no real education, no guidance, aid or help to unlearn the unhealthy cycles. It’s only forcing a label or title as if they are to be looked down upon. I don’t believe you can help anyone heal or grow by trying to insult them. I also think those labels are creating an energy of its own and a message that masculine energy is wrong in women & feminine energy is wrong in men. Please Never suppress any aspect of your self. When you respect your own masculine energy and honor your own feminine energy as a man or a woman it’s effortless to respect and honor the opposite sexes dual energies as well. This will help us to not feel the need to fight for a position, fight for a role, fight to be in control but move in harmony, understanding and total collaboration for the betterment of our people.
