Even though I went in the gym tired and unmotivated to move my body, It turned out to be a great workout. It made think how good it makes me feel in the inside to move my body. Lets be honest we dread going to the gym sometimes, but being able to move your body is a privilege. I always tell yah, be disciplined, be consistent in the gym, but do it with love & passion. Not because you have to but because you are able to. Full body sesh... 1. Heel elevated back squat (5sets) • bar only: 20 rep warm up • moderate: 2 x 10reps • light: 2 x 15reps 2. DB one arm press • 4 x 12 each arm (no rest inbetween alternating arms) • last set 15reps (failure) 3. SUPERSET (4 sets) • Split squat: 12reps • B stance RDL: 15reps (Rest only between supersets) 4. Push up into renegade rows • 3 x amrap, then only row for 12reps after each set (For less difficulty push up from knees) 5. single leg plate crunches • 4 x 35-45sec
