Reflecting back in this month if pride. Being the #hairdepthead for @queerasfolk on @peacocktv was such a dream come true for me. Designing and creating all of the hairstyles for the show was so much fun and a complete labor of love. Ever since I was young I dreamed of doing all the different types of peoples hair for movies; making them look and feel beautiful. I would also study and try to figure out how they created the different styles for the various scenes. Working on this show brought me back there and really put me in touch with that magical feeling again! I also now had an amazing opportunity be there for my LGBTQIA+ community by creating authentic hairstyles that represent who we are and how uniquely diverse and beautiful each of us are. Collaborating with @notstephendunn, @cristinacostumes, @baileydomke, and the actors was so much fun! It was like the most incredible gay fantasy anyone could ever go on!
