Goodbye 46. 👋Hello hip and shoulder pains but more fabulous than ever! But seriously, It has been one of the greatest and most difficult year of my life. I learned to live and let live. Accept people as they are. Don’t try to change them. I learned to remove the toxins from my life - friendships, things, foods, jealousy. Still working on the clutter and overworking myself though! I learned love is about give and take. I learned compassion is always the right choice because it is easy to be disconnected in a world that makes it so difficult to remain soft. (Karuna in Hindi means Compassion) It has been an eye opening year of lots of learning and realizations. Making friends out of strangers. Learning that a Spicy Marg (or 2) can fix just about any bad day. My body creeks like a senior citizen. My face is preserved with all sorts of neurotoxins & fillers. Eventually I’ll have a whole new body & face with my never ending beauty obsessions and you’ll say ‘WHO DIS?!’ But I wouldn’t have it any other way.
