End of summer training w/ @by17 ⚽️🔥 Burak has had 2 knee surgeries through out his soccer career so it’s important to emphasize his joint heath, strength and stability during his training. The balance pad is a tool often used by physical therapists to rehabilitate lower extremity injuries, it can also play a big role in strengthening the small muscles around the knee, ankle and foot helping to prevent future injuries of the same kind. Finally and my favorite aspect of the exercise is the thought being forced to put into the alignment of the hip, knee and ankle all working together to keep the body upright which is pivotal in creating great posture through the upper body as well. Stability is applicable in daily life always so ranging from a pro athlete to a senior citizen the balance pad can be utilized in different and effective ways. 💪🏻
