Great insight and display of shark behaviour from our friends @juansharks & @oceanramsey 🦈💙 • We love Tiger shark Queen Nikki’s enthusiasm to greet @oceanramsey 😂 Ocean reading an approach quickly and accurately knowing when to respectfully back up. @oneoceandiving the safety diver is always the first person in the water and the last person out and the one responsible for respectfully evaluating the sharks behavior before inviting others into the water 💙 🦈 Murky water and a lot of bird activity and the little opelu fish trying to hide from hunting kawa kawa under the boat made this day extra exciting with both fish and sharks practically jumping out of the water. 🦈 Glad I ended up turning on the @gopro and my @canonusa camera before we got in @oneoceandiving so we have this moment to share and appreciate 🦈 Watch @oceanramsey last two posts to see Nikki’s behavior prior to this moment which left Ocean laughing more than surprised. Tiger shark Queen Nikki aka Ali’i Nikolé is one of our favorite sharks to see, Roxy was around today as well but unfortunately she’s looking very skinny, possibly having just pupped. Glad to see these lady sharks offshore. 💙 After the dive we stopped to watch as the sharks cruised all around following the kawa kawa and birds splashing as they all seemed to be hunting opelu and malolo in every direction.
