What a day! I got to canvas with Vote Yes for Kids in New Mexico to increase access to affordable childcare, and while out canvassing we found a home with one of those little libraries where I found the book “Why Should I Nurse My Baby,” from the world renowned, Kathleen Huggins, who is also from Southern California, and then had a tour of New Mexico’s milk bank whose Executive Director took our lactation educator course. And board member, Erin Marshall, who is a long time friend and past ED of New Mexico’s Breastfeeding Coalition. Then I saw an amazing view of Albuquerque from Hotel Parq Central and their kiddos gave me the Breaking Bad tour of New Mexico! 🤣
