Acne or overall skin healing is a journey, a very long one. It requires patience and self- compassion.
I have been struggling with lymphatic drainage all my life due to an autoimmune disease I have and it shows up on my skin. Through experience I can tell you there is no one magic bullet in a bottle. Yes, skincare can absolutely help with accelerated healing, clear up the aftermath, repair texture, brighten dark spots, lighten the scar but it won’t prevent them if the lifestyle isn’t changed. A good decision is required to be made on a daily basis on supplements, food, exercise and stress control. It’s a practice. Though I believe that even with breakouts, you can still have a healthy looking skin, a firmer texture, a healthy glow and even skin tone, even with breakouts right in the middle of your forehead.
Through the years I have found a few ways to alleviate symptoms of my breakouts when I intentionally to make a bad decision from my careless, fun-loving spirit instead of healthy spirit. The morning lymphatic drainage massage is my one of the first step To help my body recovers and it has been my “feel-good and instant result” go-to. Through the years I found that boosting lymphatic drainage will help my skin function so much better. Only if you have 3 minutes, the result is worth that extra time. And morning delight is a perfect cleanser for it as that little extra massage will allow the enzyme la to work and the prebiotic to feed your skin deeper and better. Enjoy!
