Army crawl to bear hover - 10 reps (out + in = 1) 3. Squat to roll back + jump - 10 reps 4. Criss Cross to tuck - 10 reps 5. Plank jack to frogger - 10 reps 6. Single leg airplane to knee drive - 10 reps total (5 each side). Advanced to have hands behind head otherwise take hands out to the side. Take 10-15 seconds between each exercise then rest 60 seconds between each round ⚡️✨ #pyro
