#MISAmagazine: Cevin Parker’s (@cevinparker) emotional art requires a special way of working, which he has developed over the years: The background texture of the canvas is built up by layered spray paint to imprint the canvas and capture a wide variety of emotions. At the same time, expressive acrylic color imprints narrate the artist’s experiences, in which he completely draws on his emotional state in his studio in Berlin. “In dreaming we lose ourselves. We maybe dreaming of a better world, a loved one or a special magical moment. We experience beautiful or joyful things, but we live exactly for showing what is valuable, important and special for us. We show that we should and must draw positives from negatives. Dreamland invites to dream, you can let yourself fall and feel free in the here and now. This attitude reflects not only my art but also my own lifestyle. When you fall, get up and thank yourself for good moments and the bad moment will be nonexistent.” His work “Lovely Dream” is released as a 24-Hour Physical Drop on September 15th at 6PM CEST.
