Had a big hunk of skin on pork butt left from my @tastemade shoot so thought, let’s make some ramen! The skin turned into melted fatty tastiness and the broth was creamy porky. Not finding the right words here.... It was just f*ing delish;) Chili crunch and a runny egg on top and I’m a happy eater;) I also was inspired after having tasty butter ramen on a hot dinner date with Ernie!
