This video literally made me cry 😢 Thank you God ! Man I was broken . My heart, my feelings , shit my health. But I chose to love myself and do the work. I walked away from a man that didn’t value me. I walked away from old habits and not loving my body . I set boundaries and walked away from people that didn’t serve me. Man , I love myself so much that I will only have the best . I will have the best life mentally, physically and spiritually.
