Champagne Lychee Jello Shots 🥂 Ingredients: 1 cup lychee juice (from canned lychees) or any juice of choice 3/4 cup champagne (or prosecco) 1/2 cup vodka 4 gelatin sheets, bloomed – OR 21⁄2 tsp powdered gelatin Instructions: Bloom gelatin (sheets in cold water 5 min or powder in 1⁄4 cup cold water 5 min). Heat lychee juice (don’t boil). Remove from heat, whisk in gelatin until smooth. Stir in champagne and vodka. Pour into cups or a greased dish, chill 2–3 hrs until set. (Or 45 min fridge 30 ish minutes freezer to speed it up!)
