Standing in the #dmz in #southkorea looking over in the distance into #northkorea It was so surreal staring into binoculars and seeing the guards in their towers and their country flag waving high! One day I will go visit that mysterious country, mark my word! All of those white buildings in the distance and just before is North Korea, you can also see how it’s very green in South Korea and then North is not so green. The building near to me in the right is the JSA which I was desperate to visit and see the guards from North Korea up close, but it was closed to tourists due to some recent escalation from North Korea towards the South. I wasn’t allowed a lot of pics in most of this area but I could take pics and videos here at the observatory deck!
