...don’t. The endo community here is strong, kind, and thoughtful. We know each other and spend time lifting each other up. And not to brag, but we know our bodies better than you. What we DON’T do is leave comments saying: • “it’s X, not Y.” • “if you ____, you’ll be healed.” • “you don’t have endo. it’s your gut health!” • “that’s not real.” Our lived experiences are VERY real. We see doctors and surgeons and specialists and spend our time and money and energy to simply exist on this planet. Your unsolicited advice is not warranted, yes, *even if we post our journey on a public platform.* It’s unsafe, your experience is not ours, and I’m certain you’re not a doctor. Take that ish elsewhere. (I delete all comments that are crappy advice on my page. I’ll never apologize for that.) #MayThurnerSyndrome #endometriosis #endometriosisawareness #endometriosischeck #laparoscopy #excisionsurgery #surgerytok #sicktok #chronicillness #chronicpain
