[ open for service, 5pm-11pm ]. MEET LIAM! Liam was born and raised in Halifax, Nova Scotia. His father owned a kitchenware store and as such, he was surrounded by hospitality workers and all things food. He was quickly enamoured. At an early age, he wanted to get into the hospitality industry, but with no experience, he started working as a bouncer. After a brief stint, he moved into a barback role and slowly began developing his love of creating cocktails. He enrolled in a tourism management program shortly after and a couple stints at various cocktail bars later, he left to explore more facets of the hospitality industry. Becoming the Head Brewer at New Scotland Brewing Company was the turning point for his hospitality career. He would later decide to pack his bags and move to Vancouver after falling in love with the city. He found his way to Published on Main and has become a valued member of the bar team continuing to better himself and constantly pushing himself to be the best he can be.
