When picking up those California Avocados, just be sure to look for California on the sticker! 🥑 🥑 CALIFORNIA AVOCADO TUNA TARTARE 🐟 Ingredients: 1/2 lb sushi grade tuna 2 tsp premium soy sauce 1 tsp sesame oil masago chopped cucumber 1 ripe, Fresh California Avocado rice paper rounds Recipe: 1️⃣Make rice paper chips - cut the rounds into chip-sized pieces. Fry them in oil and they will cook instantly. Set aside on a cooling rack until serving. 2️⃣Dice the tuna and combine with soy sauce and sesame oil. 3️⃣Using a mold, make layers of cucumber, masago, and tuna. 4️⃣To make an avocado rose, make slices on the avocado’s short side. Gently spread the pieces with your fingers, then roll it into a spiral. 5️⃣Remove the mold and place the avocado rose on top. Serve with rice paper chips and enjoy!
