Gluten, dairy, nut free & allergy friendly APPLE NACHOS🍎👀 the perfect, most easy fall snack! I love using @enjoylifefoods mini chocolate chips because with these, they’re the perfect size on the apple nachos! And obvi they keep it GF/DF/V, etc😎 You of course can get creative and add more toppings— I personally loved this combo💯 To make the homemade allergy friendly caramel sauce: whisk 1/4 C creamy sunbutter and 1/4 C pure maple syrup over medium heat on the stove. Bring to a boil, turn off heat and whisk in 1 tsp vanilla extract and a pinch of sea salt, whisk and that is ALL! I put mine in a little baggy and cut the corner to pipe onto my nachos, but you couldjust drizzle over with a spoon. ENJOY!!!
